The renowned Ruiru Sports Club hosted its annual Champion of the Year Tournament Finals which was between their members David Wainaina H/C 17 and Frank Munyua H/C 6. The Tournament attracted a large number of members and was hotly contested. Frank took the Championship by beating David 2 up on hole 17.
However, it was not a walk over for Frank as David combined long shots and equally precise putts. Both players maintained their game and squared in most holes.
