The premier Achimota Golf Club has delivered its September Monthly Medal on a high note with resounding bouts of great golfing and medley of scores.
In the end, Kusi Boateng took charge of the Men side with a jaw-dropping net score of 71 off handicap 5.
Meanwhile, the winner of the just ended GEC Open second league in Accra, Jerry Tetteh made some interesting incursions at the leaderboard but was only enough to settle on the second position at a net score of 75 off handicap 6.
Yaw Tinkorang Yeboah on the other hand ended in the third sport with one shot deficit at a net score of 76 off handicap 6.
In a similar fashion, Vastie Amoafo Yeboah, maintained her poise to close her campaign on a net score of 66 off handicap 20 to stay atop in the Ladies Group.
Aaliyah Iddriss followed in second place on a net score of 68 off handicap 21 while Antoinette Ollenu finished third on a net score of 70 off handicap 33.
In the Men Group B, Joseph Dorh stayed ahead of the pack on a net score of 69 off handicap 22 for the first place. E.K Bonsu shot a net score of 73 off handicap 15 for the second position while Muzafaar Ruzmeton stayed in the mix for a net score of 74 off handicap 15 for the third spot.
Philip Yeboah recorded a net score of 86 to finish first in the Juniors Group.
The Monthly Medal returns in October for the October Monthly Medal.
