Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi; popularly known as Bola Ray, the CEO of EIB Network has finally taken to golf after almost a year of considering the idea.
It will be recalled that, about a year ago, the West Africa Number One golfer; Vincent Torgah through the arrangement of the Managing Director of TheGolfer Online; Collins Kofi Oppong met with the media mogul to discuss the possibility to take to the game.
As a busy CEO with tremendous responsibilities in building one of Africa’s fastest growing media networks, Bola Ray ostensibly didn’t have the luxury of time for many activities.
However, knowing the phenomenal benefits that the game of golf brings including the intriguing business networking opportunities, the media mogul has finally stepped on the practice range to learn, play and enjoy the game.
Bola Ray has certainly signed up for a game that can be an incredibly intimate experience where he will come up against himself in the presence of others. The group he may play with will witness his struggles and successes and he a witness to theirs.
For now, he’s taking in with what comes with the game as a beginner; club positioning, body posture, club selections, swings, wayward shots, etc.
His trainers at the Bok Nam Kim Golf Course are however poised to keep him engaged in the game and take it a day at a time.
