CEO of EIB Network and Media Mogul, Mr. Nat Kwabena Adisi also known as Bola Ray has considered to play golf after meeting with current Africa’s number one golfer; Vincent Torgah at the plush Platinum Place in Accra.
The meeting sought to discuss the dynamics of the game, expectations, practice modalities, logistics requirement and Bola Ray’s personal goals for golf.
The exclusive meeting was engineered by Collins Kofi Oppong, Managing Editor of TheGolfer Online; Ghana’s only specialist golf website.
Bola Ray expressed satisfaction and indicated that his desire to play golf has shot up a notch and will soon take to the practice range at the premier Achimota Golf Club with Vincent.
Mr. Adisi who leads significantly busy life as Chief Executive of arguably the most expanding media network in Africa, hopes to walk the lush fairways and hit the greens to his grooves.
On his part Vincent Torgah is pleased at the outcome of the meeting and explained to TheGolfer Online that he will do his utmost best to engage Mr. Adisi with adequate practice sessions that will prepare him for the real game.
Golf can be an incredibly intimate experience where a golfer comes up against himself in the presence of others. The group one plays with witnesses your struggles and successes and you are witness to theirs.
The anguish at totally messing up a shot at the golf course is said to be excruciatingly painful than the hardest breakup or even the worst hangover.
However, the thrill from a well-shot ball: hitting a six-wood to the green, for example, is argued to be better than any pleasurable experience you can think of.
That’s what keeps people coming back to the golf course on the least opportunity to enjoy amazing weather and the nature that surrounds the course in the company of equally amazing personalities.
According to Media and Events Coordinator of TheGolfer Online; Kwame Siaw-Boakye, the partnership with Vincent Torgah and Bola Ray begins a well-coordinated project to introduce celebrities and business executives in Ghana to the game of golf.
The project he noted will possibly churn out streak of bigger projects in the future that may include Celebrity Golf Challenge, Father – Son or Daughter Golf Day, CEOs Invitational, Young Entrepreneurs Golf Open, Media Impact Golf Tournament and many others.
