CBG Golf Challenge has ended at Bok Nam Kim Golf Club with thrilling medley of results. When the day glided to a close, Francis Amuzu stayed clear of the pack to clinch the ultimate winner’s trophy in the Men Category A after carding a net score of 57 off handicap 11. Francis shot the lowest gross score of 68 among the entire field.
Following in second place was Edward Abrokwah who shot a net score of 63 off handicap 10 while John Quarshie delivered a net score of 64 off handicap 13 to finish in the third position.
In the Men Category B, Michael Nyarko ended his campaign on a net score of 61 off handicap 19 for the first prize after edging into second place George Amissah who carded a net score of 62 off handicap 18. Michael Abbey followed in the third spot with a net score of 65 off handicap 24.
Meanwhile, Marlene Tonyigah returned 59 net score off handicap 27 to win in the Ladies Category. Daisy Annor Apo stayed four shots away with a net score of 63 off handicap 27 for the second position while Jenny Hong Le ended with a net score of 68 off handicap 17 for a third-place finish.
Aaliyah Iddriss took charge of her game to post the lowest gross score of 80 in the Ladies Category but settled in the 7th place with a net score of 72 off handicap 8.
