Thika Greens Golf Resort is one of Kenya’s finest challenging par 72 golf course and it hosted this year’s Madaraka day tournament, which was well sponsored by The Mighty Ten, FCM Travel and Air Mauritius.
The Golf Resort is one of the latest upcoming golf resorts in Kenya and generally in East Africa. The par 72 golf course is 6956 yards of 4 par 3’s, 10 par 4s, 4 par 5’s.
Though the course is quite challenging it is very exciting due to the serene atmosphere in a very quiet area, the indigenous trees throughout the course, water hazards, huge bunkers and very well-maintained fairways and greens.
The course also has well maintained fairways throughout the 18 holes.
Golfers from around the world have an opportunity to visit the resort to play and practice. The facility has also guest rooms within so for those not willing to travel up and down they can book as they wish. For those willing to take up full Membership the club has a current offer but will expire soon.
