The Tafo Golf Club pulled off its Oak Ridge Monthly Medal on May 15, at the Crig Golf Course in New Tafo-Akim. The day produced thrilling mix of results among the golfers who took part in the event.
When the day glided to a close, Kwaku Owusu M combined long drives with putting accuracy to win in the Men category on a net score of 69. Alex Kwapong followed in second place on a net score of 70 while Eric Bonah secured the third spot after finishing on a net score of 71.
Meanwhile in the Ladies category, Ama Siegrist maintained her poise to win on a net score of 89 while Prince K. Amoabeng ended his campaign with a net score of 78 as winner in the Seniors’ category.
The Crig Golf Course with its lush fairways and the calm ambience continues to be the toast of golfers in the Eastern Region and its environs.
