The 31st World Amateur Team Championship for the Eisenhower Trophy is heading into its final round and Men’s Award ceremony tomorrow in Dublin, Ireland.
The past three days have seen some mornings of rains to afternoons of rising temperatures and improved scoring conditions as well as challenging rounds.
There have a been a few shifts on the scoreboard, with New Zealand currently in a comfortable lead (no pun intended) going into the final round tomorrow.
Team Ghana, made of Yao Dogbe, Alan Angel and Kusi Boateng, have moved up slightly on the leaderboard, edging out Nigeria and Haiti whom they played against today.
The trio representing Ghana, have not been exactly effective in this campaign, however they have another chance tomorrow to feed the gallery with a resounding round of golf.
Until then, the team has been enjoying the rare opportunity of meeting other golfers, taking in the serenity and pulsating fairways of the two courses at Carton House: Montgomerie and O’Meara Courses, in Dublin.
We therefore share with our readers some of the exciting moments for Team Ghana as they prepare for the final round.
